Chris Halter has over 11 Years experience as a top mortgage lender in the Northeast Florida market. He provides clients with personal, hands-on service and takes pride in always doing what is best for the customer. “I try to treat each and every client like I would want my family member to be treated”.
Chris is also proud of the fact that he is a third generation “Halter” in the mortgage business in Jacksonville. “My Father(Paul Jr) and Grandfather(Paul Sr) have worked very hard to earn a reputation for Honesty, Integrity and Fairness in the Northeast Florida market”.
Chris is a native to North Florida and currently resides in Jacksonville with his family: wife, Keri and two children, Colby and Kristin.
Chris is active in the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors and the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals. He also serves as a coach for several local youth baseball and football teams, and is an active member of St Paul’s Catholic Church in Jacksonville Beach.
