HomeSource Lending News:
HomeSource Lending is growing! We've hired four new loan officers with varied experience to better serve the needs of our customers. Miriam Levy has joined HomeSource as a Senior Loan Officer working out of the Miami area. She has more than 30 years experience as a loan originator and in management in the mortgage lending arena in Florida. Ed McCoy, a residential and commercial real estate professional, is working with HomeSource as a Loan Originator. Prior to his experience in real estate, Ed had a career with the U.S. Government. Ray San Agustin and Marnee Oehmann joined HomeSource as loan officers in training. Ray has 15 years experience in sales management including retail banking. Marnee brings twelve years of experience in sales and marketing working for a bank and in new home sales with a large housing development firm.

Starbucks Partners on Loans to Small Businesses
Coffee giant Starbucks, says it's lending a hand to job creation efforts by partnering with the non-profit Opportunity Finance Network, a national network of 180 community development financial institutions that orchestrate loans to businesses in low-income communities. The partnership has already generated $1 million in donations and plans to create up to $42 million in loans to small businesses.
